Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday objected to the presence of security personnel in the well of the House, alleging MPs were being prevented from raising issues.
In a letter to Rajya Sabha deputy chairman Harivansh, Kharge expressed shock over the movement of CISF personnel in the Upper House during the proceedings when the opposition members were protesting against the special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar.
