LEADER of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday stirred up a controversy after he claimed that the Indian Army was being controlled by only 10% of the country’s population (referring to so-called Upper Castes).
Addressing a rally in Bihar’s Aurangabad district, known as ‘Chittaurgarh of Bihar’ for being dominated by people from the Rajput community, Rahul said that only 10% of the country’s population get opportunities in the corporate sector, bureaucracy and judiciary, and even the army is in ‘their’ control.
