SIGNALLING a thaw in the relations with the state government, Governor Rajendra Arlekar has chosen C R Prasad, who was one of the three nominees proposed by the LDF government, as vice chancellor in-charge of Malayalam University.
The government had submitted a panel of three names to Arlekar who is the chancellor of state universities, for appointment of a new VC in Malayalam University. This was after incumbent VC in-charge L Sushama retired from servi
