Country Facing Serious Threats, Stand United: CM

CHIEF Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Friday said that the country is passing through a grave situation, with attempts being made to undermine its integrity and sovereignty.

Speaking at the government's fourth anniversary celebrations in Kannur, he stressed the importance of standing united in the face of any terrorist threat.

"In the event of a terrorist attack, it is crucial for everyone to support the measures taken by the country," the chief minister said.

"We want to have good relations with our neighboring countries, but things often go in the opposite direction. Our country has been able to defend itself well. All Indians should now cooperate fully with the defence measures. When the country is facing a very serious situation, we also have to stand with it," Pinarayi added.
