Complainant Turns Accused in Kattungal Gold Robbery Case

IN A DRAMATIC turn of events, the complainant in the Kattungal gold robbery case was identified as the prime accused by the police.
Following this, the complainant, Shivesh, and his elder brother Bensil were arrested on Sunday.
On Saturday evening, Shivesh, 34, an employee of a jewellery manufacturing firm in Malappuram and a resident of Kadavathu Parambhil House, Tirurkad, lodged a complaint at the Manjeri police station claiming that two unidentified individuals had robbed him of 117 sovereigns of gold at Kattungal.
