PARTICIPATING in the debate on Constitution, Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu, an MP from the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), a key ally of the NDA, flagged concerns on the impending delimitation exercise, saying that the southern states will lose out to the north Indian states.
