Nilambur Hopefuls Set To Bring Out The Big Guns While Campaigning

CAMPAIGNING for the June 19 Nilambur bypoll is entering its last week.
So, candidates of all three fronts, plus P V Anvar, who is contesting as an independent, are looking to bring star campaigners to Kerala to boost their connect with the masses.
Anvar is planning to bring Trinamool Congress leaders to Kerala, starting with MP and former cricketer Yusuf Pathan. Pathan will reach Nilambur next Monday and participate in road shows in Nilambur Town, Edakkara, Chungathara and Vazhikkadavu to seek votes for Anvar. The ex-MLA's supporters feel Pathan's arrival will create a buzz in the state, which has a huge base of cricket fans.
