US President Donald Trump's loaded comment during a recent summit in Miami that the $21 million USAID allocation given by the Biden administration to increase voter turnout in India might have been used to fund the campaign to get 'someone else' elected, on Thursday fuelled a fresh war of words between the BJP and the Congress.
