Moulding Professionals Professionally

private-run institute, which is now in its 11th year of operations, boasting a whopping placement rate of 82 percent. Well, the feat achieved by Kochi-headquartered Adi Group of Institutions, which has a pan-Kerala presence, could easily be termed staggering by even exacting standards. This in a nutshell encapsulates the remarkable success story of the enterprise with modest beginnings.

The Genesis

It all started when the Group's Founder and Chairman Muhammed Shafi, who hailed from Mannarkkad, Palakkad, started looking around for a job after his Engineering graduation. Shafi found out the hard way that there was a need for acquiring additional skill to go with the main qualification for job seekers to remain competitive in the high-stakes employment market. That's how he hit upon the idea, which blossomed into the present-day Adi Group of Institutions.

The aim behind setting up the institute was to equip students with a specific set of skills required for a particular field and thereby guarantee them jobs. The first branch was opened at Valanjambalam in Kochi, which was followed up by 5 more branches in Trivandrum, Calicut, Malappuram, Thrissur, and Dubai.
