Nursing student's suicide bid: Kerala State Youth Commission takes case

KERALA State Youth Commission on Thursday took a case into the incident in which a third-year student of Manzoor Nursing College at Kanhangad attempted suicide.
M Shajar, chairman of the Kerala State Youth Commission, visited the college and recorded the students' statements. The students have raised serious allegations against the hostel warden and said that mental torture by the warden led the student to take the extreme step, said the official.
