Man gets 55-yr jail for abusing minor stepdaughter and drug offences

ANEESH, a native of Maranalloor, has been sentenced to 55 years of rigorous imprisonment and fined ₹40,000 by the Thiruvananthapuram Fast Track Court for sexually abusing his minor stepdaughter and trafficking drugs across multiple states.
The abuse occurred between 2019 and 2020, starting soon after he married the girl's mother and the family moved to Nagercoil.
The girl was later taken to Andhra Pradesh and Visakhapatnam, where she was forced to accompany him during drug trafficking.
