Kannur KSRTC tourism unit marks milestone, earns ₹6 lakh profit in Nov

THE Kannur KSRTC Budget Tourism Cell recorded a profit of ₹6 lakh in November, marking a significant milestone.
Thiruvananthapuram led statewide earnings with ₹30.66 lakh in revenue, followed by Kannur, which earned ₹19.10 lakh from 21 tourist trips during the month. The ₹6-lakh profit was achieved after deducting all operational expenses.
In Kannur, 660 tourists embarked on the iconic 'Aanavandi' bus tours, with Wayanad and Kochi's luxury cruise emerging as the most popular destinations. Each of these routes was covered five times.
