Hands-on-Training While Learning for Promising Future

An innovative idea that began as a startup enterprise, which now commands a major brand recall that could be the ultimate dream of any business enterprise. Well, the Kuthiravattom, Kozhikode-headquartered Estudo School of Skills could justly stake claim to be the trail blazer in imparting training in accounting and taxation skills to scores of students, who are industry-ready without even requiring the mandatory internship programme, which is the norm.

Now, as Estudo gives wings to the dreams of ever increasing numbers of students by equipping them in the best possible way, naturally there would be considerable interest in the birth of the brand and its evolution to the current dizzying status. Estudo School of Skills was the outcome of the brainstorming sessions that involved three college mates of St. Joseph's College (Autonomous), Devagiri, who put their heads together to come up with the futuristic enterprise. The academic background of the founder trio, who belongs to the management as well as commerce streams, also broke new ground since normally it is those from the science and Engineering streams who come up with winning formulas like this.

The Start

It was during a tempestuous period in 2020, when the Covid pandemic had brought normal life to a near-halt globally that Estudo started its operations as an online App, which was available on both Android as well as IOS operating systems.

"After the launch on online platforms in 2020 when Covid raged, the offline facility became functional in 2022. By 2023, a full-fledged offline campus was established at Kuthiravattom, opposite the mental hospital. It offered a hybrid model of learning comprising both online and offline modes," said Managing Director Sahal Razi, who along with Academic Director Shaban Favas and Operations Director Shabas Ahammed, founded Estudo School of Skills.
