Thanks to MVS, V'pura villages unlikely to face water crisis this summer

TWO years ago, during the summer of 2023, the Vijayapura district administration was struggling to ensure potable water to various rural areas where people were in dire need of it. Due to scanty rain, the natural water sources such as ponds and tanks dried up and the administration had to deploy water tankers to supply water, mainly in rural areas such as Chadchan and Indi which have been facing water crisis for a long time.
