DEPUTY Superintendent of Police of Shahabad of Kalaburagi district Shankargouda Patil received the Union Home Minister's 'Best Investigating Award' on Saturday.
Karnataka Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot presented the award to Shankargouda Patil and others on Saturday in Bengaluru. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Home Minister G Parameshwara were present in the programme. Shankar Gowda is the recipient of the CM Medal in 2012 and Presidents' Medal in 2021.
