Sources blame inadequate pre-planning and logistical challenges
AFTER the state government has announced that each member from the Below Poverty Line (BPL) family will get 15 kg rice every month under Anna Bhagya scheme, several areas under the Chikkodi Lok Sabha constituency and Belagavi Lok Sabha constituency, including Athani Assembly segment, have started facing a shortage of Public Distribution System (PDS) rice.
