BELAGAVI witnessed a grand celebration of Bakrid (Eid al-Adha), the festival symbolising sacrifice and devotion.
Members of the Muslim community gathered in large numbers to offer Eid namaz (prayers) and prayed for peace and communal harmony.
The city came alive with festive fervour as Bakrid celebrations took center stage. At the Eidgah grounds of Anjuman-e-Islam in Belagavi, renowned speaker Naeem Khateeb delivered the khutbah (sermon), while Hafiz Abdul Razzaq led the congregation in offering the Eid namaz. Following the prayers, Mufti Abdul Aziz addressed the gathering, sharing words of spiritual guidance.
