Located at a distance of 12 kilometers from Vijayapura, railway over bridge constructed at a cost of Rs 70 crore
THE long wait of people finally ended as the Railway Over Bridge (ROB) at Honaganahalli-Savanahalli villages was inaugurated and opened for traffic on Tuesday.
"People were anxiously waiting for the bridge to be opened to address traffic problems. In the absence of which, people had to wait several times at the railway crossing everyday. Even the patients who are being shifted in the ambulance for emergency, had to suffer. The ROB has cleared all these problems and traffic can move without any hindrances," said MP Ramesh Jigajinagi.
