Cong is using SC fund to execute guarantee schemes, says BJP MP

ACCUSING the state Congress government of utilising development funds reserved for SCs to implement five guarantee schemes, senior BJP MP Ramesh Jigajinagi has demanded that the used money be put back in the account and that no attempt be made to use the funds in the coming days.
BJP workers staged a massive protest in Raichur on Monday, condemning the state Congress government's use of SCP and TSP funds earmarked for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
They marched from Veerashaiva Kalyan Mantapa to Dr B R Ambedkar Circle. Ex-MP B V Naik said that the state Congress government, which came to power during the Assembly elections on the promise of guarantee schemes, has done injustice to the people of the SC and ST community by misusing the funds earmarked for the development of SC and ST people.
