OAS officer appears, says he too is victim of mental cruelty

ODISHA Administrative Service (OAS) officer Sarthak Sourav Mohapatra, who has been booked for harassing his wife and abandoning their newborn child, on Friday appeared before the Mahila police and refuted all allegations against him.
Mohapatra also leveled counter allegations that his wife Archana Dash was subjecting him to mental harassment and using their child for emotional blackmail.
Dash, an assistant executive engineer in state Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water department, had lodged a complaint with the Mahila police alleging harassment and mental torture by her husband, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law.
