Unit to enable operation of 16 ancillary industries in plastics sector
A new naphtha cracking unit at IOCL's Paradip site will soon be commissioned at a cost of ₹61,000 crore, enabling the operation of 16 ancillary industries in the plastics sector, said Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan here on Monday.
Inaugurating the manufacturing plant of M/S Energon Polymatics Pvt Ltd at the Paradip plastic park here, Pradhan said 16 ancillary industries have acquired land from IDCO to produce different products using raw materials from the polypropylene plant of IOCL.
