THE Endowments department conducted special pujas on Friday at major temples across Telangana, including the Yadagirigutta Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy and the Vemulawada Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple, for the victory of the Indian Armed Forces engaged in "Operation Sindoor."
The annual Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Jayanti Utsavams commenced with fervour at the Yadagirigutta temple. Marking a unique gesture of solidarity and unity, the festivities began with a special Sankalpam (vow) praying for India's victory in the ongoing conflict with Pakistan and the well-being of soldiers participating in the operation.
A special Chandi Homam was also conducted at the Sri Parvathavardhini Sametha Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple, an affiliated shrine, with the same Sankalpam.
