As the state gears up for local body elections, the ruling Congress faces a dilemma over providing 42% reservations for Backward Classes (BCs). With key legislations still awaiting the Centre's approval, the party is expected to decide its course of action at an upcoming meeting of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee's (TPCC) Political Affairs Committee (PAC) — the party's top decision-making body in the state.
