The Murudeshwara Shiva temple in Bhatkal taluk of Uttara Kannada district has introduced a dress code for devotees, bringing it in line with other major temples of the district which have already introduced the dress code long ago.
Post-Covid 19, several temples in Uttara Kannada have introduced the dress code. However, the famous Murudeshwara temple, facing the Arabian Sea and known for its iconic Shiva statue and towering Gopuram, had not done
