Hold Crop Survey in Systematic, Timely Manner: Ballari DC

BALLARI deputy commissioner (DC) Prashanth Kumar Mishra has instructed officials to ensure that the ongoing crop survey across the district is conducted in a systematic and timely manner.
Addressing a District-Level Coordination Committee meeting at his office on Friday, he stressed the importance of providing proper training to field staff involved in the crop enumeration.
The meeting reviewed the progress of crop-cutting experiments, civil registration of births and deaths, crop area reallocation, and other key administrative concerns.
Mishra informed the gathering that 84% of sowing has been completed across the district for the current season.
