105 Govt Schools in Dharwad District to Offer English Medium Classes, Amid Growing Parental Demand

In a bid to boost enrollment and equip students for a competitive future, the Department of Public Education has introduced English medium instruction in 105 government schools in Dharwad district.
Already implemented in 28 schools, the move has garnered strong support from parents, especially in rural areas. The step by the department has brought a new hope for the parents of students studying in government schools.
Sources said following the department order to start teaching in English medium in government schools, as many as 105 schools have planned to teach English.
