Laid-off employees demand salary

EMPLOYEES of a US-based tech firm who were terminated last month, staged a protest at the collectorate on Monday demanding payment of salary.
The company, Focus Edumatics, had been functioning for more than five years by setting up offices in RS Puram and Sungam. Over 1,500 employees were working there. The firm announced sudden closure a few days ago and laid off all workers.
