Bihar to be flood-free if NDA wins again: Shah

HOME minister Amit Shah on Sunday promised to make Bihar flood-free if National Democratic Alliance (NDA) was voted to power again in the assembly elections due in October-November this year.
Addressing a rally in Gopalganj, Shah said that like the Naxal problem, the perennial problem of floods in Bihar would be solved in five years. "If NDA returns to power in the 2025 assembly elections, Bihar's decades-old problem of annual floods will become a thing of the past," he said.
