Zelenskyy to OK tribunal to try Russian leaders over war crimes

UKRAINIAN President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to formally approve plans on Wednesday to set up a new international court to prosecute senior Russian officials for the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
