Vande Bharat services between Bidar-K'buragi-B'luru will start soon

- EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE

MINISTER of State for Railways and Jal Shakti V. Somanna has expressed his desire to establish a Railway Division in Kalaburagi and aims to deliver positive results in this regard within six months.

Participating in the interaction meeting organised by the Kalyana Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KKCCI) here on Sunday, Somanna said that the Congress party-led UPA government ruled the country for 30-40 years and if that government had solved the problems, the present situation would not have arisen.

He said that there was confusion that Kalaburagi and Bidar districts would be included in the newly formed Visakhapatnam Railway Division, and he got clarification from the authorities concerned that there was no proposal to include Kalaburagi and Bidar in the newly formed Visakhapatnam Railway Division.
