AFTER withdrawing the land pooling scheme, the AAP government in Punjab is all set to revive an old policy to raise much-needed revenue.
It is reintroducing the Optimum Utilization of Vacant Government Lands (OUVGL) Scheme, first introduced by the SAD-BJP government in 1997, as OUVGL 2.0.
