Lab technician held for raping HIV-positive minor

RAYACHOTI police have arrested Vijay Kumar, a lab technician working on a daily wage basis at the government hospital in Rayachoti, on charges of raping a 16-year-old HIV-positive girl, resulting in her becoming seven months pregnant.
The victim, a 10th-grade student, was a regular patient at the hospital, where she received treatment for HIV.
