CHICKEN has once again become a hot topic in Andhra Pradesh kitchens, with prices climbing steeply in recent weeks. For many households, what was once a regular item on the dining table is now pinching pockets, even as the spike offers some relief to struggling poultry farmers.
On Sunday, skinless chicken was selling at ₹250-300 per kg, while boneless varieties touched ₹350-400 per kg. Just two weeks ago, prices stood at ₹200 and ₹300 respectively.
