AT least 13 Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) councillors turned rebel on Saturday announcing a new political front — Indraprastha Vikas Party — in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).

The councillors tendered their resignations from the primary membership of AAP weakening the party's strength in the civic body's House to 100 from 113. The ruling BJP has 117 and Congress has eight councillors in the House.
