PM raises pitch on infiltrators, says Cong-RJD yatra meant to save them

Warns no matter how much they try, infiltrators have to leave country, govt making it a priority

PRIME Minister Narendra Modi on Monday gave his guarantee that action would be taken against all infiltrators and accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, RJD's Tejashwi Prasad Yadav and other Opposition leaders of shielding them. He told a public rally in Purnea in Bihar's Seemanchal region that the opposition was "shamelessly" raising slogans and taking out yatras to shield foreign infiltrators.

Without naming them, Modi said people of Bihar, West Bengal and Assam were worried about the safety of their sisters and daughters because of infiltration. "There is not only danger to the dignity of Bihar but also to the identity of Bihar. Infiltration is posing danger to demography in Seemanchal region and eastern part of the country. It is the reason I had announced the Demography Mission from the Red Fort.

But RJD and Congress and its vote-bank ecosystem are protecting infiltrators," he remarked.
