Ola Electric board approves ₹1,500 cr fundraising as co scales EV, battery mfg

OLA Electric Mobility Limited has announced a major fundraising plan, with its Board of Directors approving a proposal to raise up to ₹1,500 crore. The decision was taken during a board meeting held on Saturday.
In a regulatory filing on Saturday, the electric vehicle maker stated that the funds may be raised through the issuance of equity shares, convertible securities, warrants, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), or other permissible instruments.
