HC reprieve to Soren in ED summons case

IN a major relief to Chief Minister Hemant Soren, the Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday exempted him from personal appearance before the MP/MLA court in Ranchi in a case related to disobeying summonses by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Soren had approached the Jharkhand HC against Ranchi courts' order asking for his appearance. The case will be heard again on December 16. The petition filed by Soren for exemption from personal appearance was rejected by the Specia
