Festive rush pushes registration of vehicles in November to 5-yr high

DELHI’S transport department has declared this year’s November as the most profitable month of the year so far with the highest number of registration of new vehicles in the city.
Ironically, it was the month when Delhi suffered the worst of air pollution with vehicular emissions contributing as much as 38% to the capital’s bad air.
Transport department officials said the festival season propelled people to purchase more vehicles.
