WITH less than four days to go for the October 10 deadline to downsize its diplomatic strength in India, Canada reportedly shifted some of its 41 ‘excess’ diplomats to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore
The Canadian High Commission in Delhi, when contacted, refrained from making any comment on the transfer that was reported by CTV News, a private Canadian television network.
