B'luru techie's suicide: Atul Subhash's wife, kin seek anticipatory bail

THE wife of Bengaluru-based techy Atul Subhash, 34, who had committed suicide on Monday, has filed an anticipatory bail petition along with three of her family members in Allahabad High Court, on Friday, in connection with the FIR charging them with abetment of suicide.
Subhash had allegedly committed suicide alleging harassment by wife Nikita Singhania and her family members who he claimed had filed a series of cases of marital discord against him. The techie left behind a 'Justice is due' placard stuck to his chest, a 24-page suicide note and also a video clip of over an hour accusing his wife Nikita, her mother, brother and uncle of subjecting him to harassment during the ongoing litigation over divorce, alimony and child custody in Jaunpur family court.
