Clicks ClubCard clinches top spot as SA’s most used loyalty programme

CLICKS ClubCard is back on top as the most used loyalty programme in South Africa in the latest Truth & BrandMapp Loyalty Whitepaper, with 80% of economically active consumers using it.
The programme also achieved a 73% usage rate among mass market consumers, outpacing CheckersXtra Savings’ 76% and 66%, respectively. This marks the fifth time over the past nine years that Clicks ClubCard has received this accolade.
"This recognition comes at the perfect time as we celebrate 30 years of ClubCard this year - truly a wonderful birthday gift," said Dr Melanie Van Rooy, Clicks Group chief marketing officer.
