Cardoso's wants fans to 'stand strong' with Sundowns

MAMELODI Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has sent a heartfelt message to the club’s supporters, urging them to back the team as it embarks on a significant rebuilding journey.
This call to action comes on the heels of Sundowns’ impressive 4-1 Premiership victory over Richards Bay on Saturday night, which marked a successful response following a midweek setback against Lamontville Golden Arrows.
After tasting defeat for the first time in the Betway Premiership this season, Sundowns regained their position at the top of the league table. However, the victory came amidst ongoing challenges as the team integrates several new players into its ranks.
“J just want to tell the Sundowns family again to support the team. It’s just a team with a lot of new players that have just arrived. Some of them are still finding their feet, and the team is growing. It’s going to grow,’ Cardoso explained, reflecting on the evolving dynamics within his squad.
