Poles set to prize away Cats midfielder Aleksic
The Journal
|September 06, 2025
SUNDERLAND’s Milan Aleksic is set to move away from the Stadium of Light to join KS Cracovia on loan with an option to buy.

That's according to Meczyki.pl, who report the Polish club are set to sign the 20-year-old before the transfer window in Poland closes on Monday.
While the English transfer window is shut, there are deals to be done where other countries are concerned.
The Polish outlet did not mention Cracovia reaching an agreement with Sunderland, but this could have been sorted out already considering the midfielder is believed to have already travelled to Poland to complete the transfer.
Aleksic spent two years with Partizan Belgrade’s academy and moved to another Serbian club, Radnicki 1923, in 2023.
Towards the end of last summer's window, they sold him to the Black Cats, but this move hasn't really worked out well for the Serbia U21 international as he played 348 minutes from nine games last season.
