Juliet Iroka and Henry Abaleke were just 90 minutes into the year when they welcomed their first child, Chimamanda, at the Royal Victoria Infirmary.
Juliet told The Journal: "She's healthy and happy, and it's great because she came on our due date. I don't think we'll get her home today but certainly before the weekend." Chimamanda weighed 7lb 2oz on arrival.
