Luxury spa for business

A FAMILY-RUN tourism business has launched a new "luxury" spa after an investment of almost £700,000.

It is hoped that the spa at Breamish Valley Cottages, nestled at the foot of the Cheviot Hills in Northumberland National Park, will provide the hamlet of Branton with an economic boost by driving tourism towards the area and creating jobs. The newly-opened spa has two treatment rooms, an outdoor tiled spa, a sauna, ice bath, float room, and a modernisation of existing fitness facilities and changing areas.
