MICHELIN-starred North East chef Kenny Atkinson has spoken of his excitement in opening his first restaurant in London.
Solaya, a French Mediterranean restaurant and bar located in art'otel London Hoxton, will open officially on September 12, with booking opening at the end of this month.
The restaurant is on the 25th floor of art'otel London Hoxton, a trendy hotel that opened last year and incorporates two works by cult graffiti artist Banksy.
The restaurant will have panoramic views of London’s skyline with a 360-degree circular layout and two balconies available for private hire all year round.
