FORMER Newcastle United man Shaka Hislop has disclosed that he has been fighting an aggressive form of prostate cancer.

The ex-goalkeeper spoke candidly about his condition, detailing how the disease had progressed despite undergoing ‘radical’ surgical intervention.
The 56-year-old, who racked up 221 topflight appearances throughout his playing days, shared insights into his treatment and battle with the illness via an emotional video uploaded to Instagram.
