Elf antics at primary school bring festive joy to pupils

A PRIMARY school in Northumberland is becoming well-known for its large scale elf antics.

Each December a group of naughty elves surprise pupils when they return to Amble Links Primary School in Amble.

So far this month, they have built a wall to block off the school entrance, cut down a lamppost, filled the hall with balloons and cut down all of the bushes in the car park.

During previous years, they have removed the letters from the school sign, blocked the main entrance with sheep, covered the yard with noodles and encouraged a horse to do its business all over the car park.
