A TYNEMOUTH memorabilia collector is selling a pair of rare underpants that have a connection to the Beatles. Collector and dealer Joseph Robert O'Donnell is selling the pants for £2,000.
Known among collectors as the Notting Hillbilly, Joseph has unveiled an unusual piece of Beatles memorabilia, and says it is one of the rarest to surface in recent years. The underpants were designed for the legendary Apple Boutique in London a psychedelic retail venture launched by the Beatles in 1967 under the Apple Corps umbrella.
