13th-century building refurbed as office space
The Journal
|November 18, 2025
A LISTED Newcastle building dating back to the 13th century has been refurbished and made available for office use.
The building at 4-6 Trinity Chare, near to the city’s Quayside, has been refurbished to offer open-plan office accommodation to Grade A standard.
Set within a courtyard alongside the historic Trinity House, 4-6 Trinity Chare is close to Newcastle's law courts and to some of the city’s most prominent legal and professional service firms.
It was originally built in the 13th century as a merchant's house but has undergone various transformations over the centuries. The three-storey building has a total area of just over 2,000sqft available.
